Lauren is a dedicated Aesthetician and Laser Tech with six years of experience in the spa industry. Having earned her license as an Esthetician three years ago, she has honed her expertise in various specialized treatments, including Chemical Peels, Hydrafacial, Microneedling, and laser services. Her passion lies in the art of transforming her clients, not just externally, but by fostering a deep sense of beauty and confidence within them. Lauren’s favorite aspect of her job is the genuine connections she forms with her clients, allowing her to create personalized experiences and help them feel beautiful both inside and out. With a blend of skill and compassion, she continues to make a significant impact in the world of aesthetics.

Dayna graduated with her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Texas Woman’s University in 2008. In 2013, she earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing with subsequent certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her career began in women’s health with an emphasis on hormonal well-being. Dayna eventually noted that once patients achieved a level of hormonal wellness, attention was turned to aesthetic wellness. And so her love for aesthetics began!
Dayna has been practicing aesthetics for almost a decade now and loves every second of it. She enjoys assisting patients on their aesthetic journey, through injectables, and believes that enhancing one’s existing beauty leads to an overwhelming confidence that can positively influence every aspect of life. Along with inner health and well-being, Dayna has the gift of bringing her patients to a healthy and transformative goal.
Dayna resides in McKinney, TX with her husband and three children. She enjoys reading, gardening and anything family related.

Shanna Fletcher is a highly experienced esthetician and laser technician with over 30 years of expertise in delivering exceptional, results-driven skincare treatments. She spent 12 years formally training aspiring professionals at the prestigious National Laser Institute, where she built a strong foundation in advanced aesthetic techniques and laser technology.

With more than 15 years dedicated to educating and mentoring future leaders in the industry, Shanna has become a trusted and sought-after expert. Her extensive hands-on experience and deep knowledge of medical aesthetics continue to set her apart.

Throughout her distinguished career, Shanna has collaborated closely with top dermatologists and plastic surgeons, further refining her skills and staying at the forefront of the latest advancements in skincare and laser treatments.

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Shanna is a proud boy mom who loves spending time outdoors. When she isn’t transforming skin or empowering clients, you’ll likely find her hiking, exploring new destinations, or practicing yoga to maintain balance and serenity.

Mercedes is a dedicated professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and helping individuals look and feel their best. With a background in Fashion Retail Management, she brings a unique perspective to her role as Practice Operations Manager. 

Coming from the retail industry, Mercedes understands the importance of attention to detail and creating a warm and welcoming environment for her clients. Her previous work in high-end boutiques and as a personal stylist has honed her ability to anticipate and fulfill clients needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For the past four years, Mercedes has successfully led front office operations in the medical spa industry. She ensures seamless operations, from handling administrative tasks, to scheduling appointments and coordinating client services. She takes pride in her ability to establish rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. Beyond her passion of providing exceptional service, she is invested in helping others recognize the transformative power of self-care and confidence. Her commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and treatments ensure clients receive tailored solutions for their needs. 

Outside of work, Mercedes enjoys cooking with her husband, exploring new destinations, discovering diverse culinary experiences, and cherish time with her two dogs and loved ones.

From my early days, I’ve always felt a deep connection to skincare. While pursuing a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of San Antonio, I gained first-hand experience in skincare at a retail Chanel skin counter. That experience was instrumental, shaping my understanding of the pivotal role a tailored skincare routine plays in overall well-being. Although I ventured into the corporate world, my heart always yearned to return to aesthetics.
As a licensed esthetician and certified Laser Technician, I pride myself on offering personalized treatments. Recognizing that every individual has unique skin needs, I invest time in understanding my clients’ objectives and preferences. This ensures a bespoke service paired with a tailored home care regimen. My professional journey has seen various accomplishments – from owning a business to holding the position of an Account Manager with national accounts, training other aestheticians for a reputed skincare brand.
Beyond the professional sphere, I am a proud resident of the vibrant Pecan Square community in Northlake, Texas. Life here is enriched with the joys of being a wife and mother to three wonderful kids. My downtime sees me enjoying pickleball, cycling through scenic routes, and forging connections with my neighbors.Joining the FINETUNE Med Spa family has been a fulfilling chapter in my career. Shauna’s journey in the world of healthcare began with a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the prestigious University of California at San Francisco in 1999. Armed with a solid foundation in nursing, she embarked on a remarkable path that led her to become an Aesthetic NP Injector, a role she has passionately pursued for the past 10 years.
