Coming from the retail industry, Mercedes understands the importance of attention to detail and creating a warm and welcoming environment for her clients. Her previous work in high-end boutiques and as a personal stylist has honed her ability to anticipate and fulfill clients needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
For the past four years, Mercedes has successfully led front office operations in the medical spa industry. She ensures seamless operations, from handling administrative tasks, to scheduling appointments and coordinating client services. She takes pride in her ability to establish rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. Beyond her passion of providing exceptional service, she is invested in helping others recognize the transformative power of self-care and confidence. Her commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and treatments ensure clients receive tailored solutions for their needs.
Outside of work, Mercedes enjoys cooking with her fiance, exploring new destinations, discovering diverse culinary experiences, and cherishing time with loved ones.

Kaitlyn graduated with her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Liberty University in 2012. In 2018, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and also received a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kaitlyn began her nurse practitioner career in pediatrics and sought additional aesthetic training and certification. She loves how a patient’s face lights up when she hands them a mirror after an aesthetic service. She loves all things injectables, skincare, and overall health and wellness. She prides herself on providing thorough consultations and education uniquely tailored to each patient she has the pleasure of serving.
Kaitlyn’s goal and forte when it comes to providing aesthetic services are natural enhancements to patients’ own beauty. She truly believes that some of the best aesthetic work is undetectable to the untrained eye. She loves the confidence and self-assuredness that aesthetic treatments give patients. She enjoys interacting with them frequently and being a part of their lives—both the big and small moments!
Kaitlyn lives in Melissa with her husband, 3-year-old son, and 6-month-old daughter. They also have a golden retriever fur baby. She enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family in her spare time.
