With a passion for excellence in skincare, Shanna has dedicated the past 14 years of her career to training and mentoring aspiring professionals in the industry. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience make her a sought-after expert in the field.
Throughout her illustrious career, Shanna has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned dermatologists and plastic surgeons. From my early days, I’ve always felt a deep connection to skincare. While pursuing a Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of San Antonio, I gained first-hand experience in skincare at a retail Chanel skin counter. That experience was instrumental, shaping my understanding of the pivotal role a tailored skincare routine plays in overall well-being. Although I ventured into the corporate world, my heart always yearned to return to aesthetics.
As a licensed esthetician and certified Laser Technician, I pride myself on offering personalized treatments. Kaitlyn graduated with her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Liberty University in 2012. In 2018, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and also received a certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kaitlyn began her nurse practitioner career in pediatrics and sought additional aesthetic training and certification. She loves how a patient’s face lights up when she hands them a mirror after an aesthetic service. She loves all things injectables, skincare, and overall health and wellness. She prides herself on providing thorough consultations and education uniquely tailored to each patient she has the pleasure of serving.
Kaitlyn’s goal and forte when it comes to providing aesthetic services are natural enhancements to patients’ own beauty. She truly believes that some of the best aesthetic work is undetectable to the untrained eye. She loves the confidence and self-assuredness that aesthetic treatments give patients. She enjoys interacting with them frequently and being a part of their lives—both the big and small moments!
Kaitlyn lives in Melissa with her husband, 3-year-old son, and 6-month-old daughter. They also have a golden retriever fur baby. She enjoys working out and spending time with friends and family in her spare time.

Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University, Natalie’s love for the science of movement paved the path to a flourishing career in nursing, culminating in her graduation from Kaplan College, San Diego, in 2013. Natalie’s nursing career began under the mentorship of a Plastic Surgeon, a role that sparked her interest in the world of aesthetics. Her diverse experience includes working as a forensic nurse and serving various departments as a float pool RN in an ambulatory setting. Eventually, her path led her back to aesthetics through a position with a Dermatologist.
For Natalie, the most rewarding aspect of being an aesthetic nurse is the deep connections she forms with her patients as she works with them to meet their individual needs. Her approach to patient care is holistic; she prioritizes skin health as the foundation for aesthetic treatments and takes joy in enhancing each patient’s natural beauty through careful and skilled injections. Aesthetic medicine serves as Natalie’s creative outlet, where every patient provides a unique canvas with distinct desires and goals.
